Your body can do so many amazing things, think about it; your heart beats to keep you alive every minute of every hour.

It’s pretty incredible, which is why we should want to take care of it! Living a healthy lifestyle is so important.

Until I left for my freshman year of college, I was a competitive swimmer. 

Although I was constantly working out and eating right, I never felt like I had to try to take care of my body; I was just swimming. Not until I went to college did I realize how important taking care of your body really is! Working out and eating healthy can only benefit you and your body, so Just Do It, as the Nike slogan would say. You’re only one push-up away from a better you 🙂
